View Ad Details Urgently need 10 to 20 customer service representatives. Must to be clear and fluent in both English and Spanish. One year retail customer service experience is required for this position. One year Call-Center experience is preferred but not required. Computer skills are required. Broadband Internet is required(DSL or Cable, no satellite.)  Home phone service is required(No VOIP, such as Vonage and SmartJack, or any other phone service that is over the Internet.) Must be a hard line phone service through the phone company or cable company.  If you do not meet these requirements, you will not progress through the application process. Skilled with using chat and instant message communications. Knowledgeable with keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste. Ability to trouble-shoot computer glitches independently before calling for assistance. Able to work with seven to fifteen browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows. WORK REQUIREMENTS Legally able work in the United States High School Diploma or equivalent 18 years or older SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Windows XP - Service pack 2 installed (required) . 512MB RAM (at least 30% Free) .
